[SOLVED] Cairo dock only in the first desktop

Since I switched to OpenSUSE 13.2 KDE a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the Cairo Dock is only present on the first desktop. If I move to another one there is no dock.

This never happened to me before when I was using Debian + Gnome, so I don't know if this is problem of OpenSUSE or of KDE. I asked on OpenSUSE forums a couple of days ago, but didn't get a response.

Do you have any idea on how to fix this? I guess there is some gsetting somewhere to do this, but I have no clue.

KDE doesn't honor all the standard desktop/window manager hints, I used this as a workaround on KDE mint
