broadcast message problem


Sir

in my office our users accessing the server using their login id through telnet and broadcasting messages. i want stop them doing this. only root can broadcast messages to other users.

help me plsssssssssssssssss

my office all the client using wall command to send mesage with their login.

i want to stop them using wall command. only root user can use wall command.


help me pls
