Binding Thinkpad Keys to Key Combinations

Hello there. I have a strange issue.

I'm attempting to bind extra ThinkPad keys (the ones that look like page left and page right) to execute the key combination Ctrl+Alt+Left and Right. Basically, switching workspaces.

I would normally just use Gnome's built in keyboard shortcut program, however I'm also using XGL and am unable to change those shortcuts.
