Any good website design programs for Linux?

Im doing my AS levels at the moment. For my ict coursework we are required to design and build a basic website. Now I would rather design this website in kate editor however I have to use a GUI web design program which puts me into a bit of a problem when im using Linux.

I need a piece of software which allows me to build a website with the idea that I have no html code knowledge. Does such a program exist for Linux?
