Add icon for Trash to xfce desktop ubuntu 16.04

I've looked everywhere for an answer to this. I tried creating a launcher but it didn't work. I can navigate to my Trash files via the Terminal, but I'd prefer to have a shortcut.

It's really rather easy.

My desktop doesn't have those options when I right click. I'd take a screenshot, but the right click menu goes away when I launch the app. The only options are New Folder, Open Terminal, Paste, Organize Desktop by Name, and Keep Aligned. I'm using the XFCE Desktop Manager and I'd rather not switch to something else.

Bingo! I knew it had to be something simple. I'm just not real familiar with this environment.

Thanks everyone!
