VPN network guide

Hi,
has anyone created a guide of how to install vpn in Deepin OS 15.3. For me this is absolutely new territory so I have no idea whatsoever where to start.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OpenVPN seems to be the 'one'. (tho others; see Deb-hb link)
OpenVPN https://debian-handbook.info/browse/...l#sect.openvpn
(apt-get it, since Deepin is based on Debian, I believe)
Lots of info on www; add search keywords like: tutorial beginner basics intro
