usb 2.0 is not working

my usb 2.0 is not working.before install deepin and when i start deep in its always show this error (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h7-...UZaBypyiR/view)

did you try to remove that usb device before boot?
Is this your pendrive (or device) or the usb port itself (which is not working for you)?

yes i do.but its already that error when i boot and choose to install zorin and then that error show.i install garuda linux before and there is no problem like that,but when i try to install zorin or deepin os that error always show.

in that case would be nice to specify exactly the hardware you have. Also the steps you made to install an OS.
You can also try to run a live OS (from pendrive, if that works).

sorry im late bro.

It still showing that error even run via live,the steps is i make bootable with etcher and showing no error after i boot and choose to install zorin/deepin os the screen showing that error and then i try with rufus and ventoy i still got the same error,for now i use window again so i can find out the problem and try to install it again..i think the problem is in my hardware/bios setting but i dunno which one but im sure u guys can help me

So you tried a live OS. Which one? How did you boot it (using the same usb, or what?)
Did you (can you?) check if the same error occurred in windows?

but that how i instaled it everything oke in making bootable, the problem is after i choose install then it go blank than showing that error

i live zorin os via usb but yeah still same.i try to changing randomly my bios setup and it work its fix usb 2.0 error but the 3.0 usb become error,but the error code not long as before,but it make my bios need to force reset because i broke it.
