I am relatively new to Linux coming from a Windows background. After reading about Deepin I liked what I saw and decided to give it a whirl.

I installed on a 64-bit laptop and the install went very smoothly. When I installed I selected American English. Now that I have it up and running I've spent a bit of time with it and have some questions.

1 - Deepin Game Center seems to be mostly in Chinese. Is there a way to switch this to English? Or possibly to filter the games displayed by language? (or an alternative to Deepin Game)

2 - The UI is very nice, but I'm wondering what customizations can be done? I know this is a loaded question, but any links to people who have played around with the appearance would be useful. Also, wondering what customizations can be done to the dock.

3 - One small issue I had is that one of the icons in the dock seems to do nothing when I click it. I've tried removing it but it wont allow me to right click. Is there some other way to manage dock items?

Other than the above I'm also curious an any must-install apps people would recommend. Since I'm pretty new to Linux I'm open to suggestions.

For Q1, we just upload games in our game center, some of them just developed by Chinese game company and it only has a Chinese version. So it's unable to switch to English. But view the cover of games, which with an English cover should be an English game. Currently, this is no way to fitter.

For Q2, we do not provide customization for UI and dock now.

For Q3, Right click on the dock, you can select which mode you want, such as fashion mode, efficient mode or classic mode.The function to reorder icons is not provided in other dock modes except fashion mode.

You can reorder icons in the front of network icon. The icons behind network icon (Trash, Clock, Deepin Tray bar, Sound, disk and network) is locked now and you can not move them, but we will unlock them according to our developing progress in future. The exact time is unable to say. Please understand.
