'administrator password', says it is incorrect, how to change?

I installed Deepin 12.12.1 to a 32 Gig flash drive. Now when I want to install a deb software, I get a message saying I have the wrong administrator password. I am typing the correct one so I don't know what is wrong. Now I can't even use sudo in my terminal.

How do I correct this? When I boot up, I don't have a screen that has any options available, it boots directly to Deepin.

Did you input the password of your user or the root's password?

I typed in the password and it said it was incorrect.

After trying I gave up and reinstalled Deepin again on my flash drive. Now it is working with no problems.
