Im going to assume you are talking about the RHCSA cert. In that case it is not like most cert tests; it is performance based. In other words you will be asked to do things(electronic test that must be opened up on the machine) such as set up an web server, ftp server, maybe change some permissions, create some users, create a virtual machine under KVM etc....

If you have opt to take RHCE exam then probably you must have got all study materials, right?
Study those books thoroughly and also search on internet and forums about all those topics and what all you don't understand.
Set up a server and client environment using two machines for practical tests and implementations because you'll need to setup server and clients on machine to study.
You can also go through some online books or you can download some more books, go through them.
Whatever questions you'll face in RHCE exam, those all questions will be related from the RHCE study material.
Red Hat certifications courses are all about practical implementation and any kind of questions can come in exam.
So, you need to be prepare very well.
Good Luck!
