How to appear for exam in a different country than your own?

Hi,

I am from India and have cleared the RHCSA exam. When I opted to appear for exams, Red Hat had a scheme to which I am entitled. In this scheme, I get 2 attempts for $400.

Now that I have cleared the RHCSA, I wish to re-attempt RHCE exam. But I am going to Indonesia for 2 months to visit my parents, and I can only appear for the second attempt in May. Hence, I can only attempt RHCE from Indonesia. I have the documents and evrything needed to prove my eligibility for the second attempt.

So, how should I go about taking the exam in Indonesia. How do I contact Red Hat for starting the procedure? I surfed the Red Hat site but couldn't find any direct help link. May be I missed something cos I am in a hurry and also need to pack for my journey.

Please guide me.
Thanks
