How many people are working on incognito right now? Is it just anonym?
Would the dev(s) consider implementing a working virtual machine inside Incognito? this would have some obvious benefits; running eg XP as a guest would give it a layer of insulation/protection against malicious software.
For example, I could run XP guest with the Internet connection disabled, and only running officially endorsed software. This way I would be free from attacks while working in this environment. Even a compromised XP would be damage limited.

Yes.

This is a bit too much of a fringe use case to spend time and space on IMHO. It will be possible to install VirtualBox through apt once Incognito has migrated to Ubuntu, although you'll have to redo it after each reboot.
