akonadi won't start : libmysql.c error


Hi, trying to start akonadi under KDE4.3 RC2, but it always fails :

[akonadiserver] akonadiserver: libmysql.c:4301: setup_one_fetch_function: Assertion `param->buffer_length != 0' failed

I guess we can start at the beginning, doesn't hurt to check;

I don't use KDE so not sure what user akonadi uses;

I know that this is probably not the answer that you want, but it is a known issue, and hopefully it will be resolved soon:

I don't personally use KDE4, so I can't offer much help, but I may start digging into the issue if nothing shows up on bugzilla in a few days.
