X Marks The Spot


I came across this article today and found it interesting. I know that it is old but thought I would share it anyway. It covers when "X" was "first" used in an UI and by whom.

That's an interesting article but an example of a terrible website design. 50% of the page is taken up with crap about sign-up. Of the 50% that isn't, 10% of that is Google trying to creep with its own sign-in. I had to pull out uBlock.origin's "zapper" tool and swing like a woodsman to even read the article.
