As a part of a project, I need to manage data on a mailing list.
Since development is on Windows, I need the equivalent of GNU Mailman for Windows.
I couldn't find anything after a Google search; the best I could get is Newsletter mailing (where a company sends out mails periodically)
but I need something where everyone who is a subscriber of the mailing list to send messages.
Do I need to write it on my own?
Is there software which I can use?
