what forum software is this

This is the coolest forum software I've seen yet, just want to note it down in case I ever have a need for a forum on my site...

Thanks, it is impressive, I really like the feature where you can just type in the quick reply in the box below, almost too easy, but I like things that are too easy also...

That's not part of the default set-up, Jeremy built that bit in a few months back. A lot of the niftier aspects of the forum are Jeremy's optimizations.
