oh i wish someone would start a mechwarrior 2/3-type game project...then i would definetly get involved.

actually, some code has been start on the engine, just the toolkit (UI) currently, and camomilk has said he will do the network code later. Its far from done, but other then that, its mostly still in concept, especially the actual game. Just in case anyone is interested on whats done so far.
The 3D code is non-existnet, mainly due to that no one has experience in OpenGL , to date, we are still learning it i recall .... so if anyone wants to handle that, just post here (any help in that area will be appreciated)
that way we can know what can do what. I think ill update the wiki in the next few days to list who's doing what. (right now its a bit pointless, as there appears to be only 2 people that are going to be coding)
