TROUBLE in child_init_hook: BDB no dbS: Unknown locker ID:

Hi,

I'm a newbie. Can someone please help me on what to do if i have this type of log? "TROUBLE in child_init_hook: BDB no dbS: Unknown locker ID". I have already restarted postfix, issuing the command postfix reload. My machine is running as an smtp server and this log maybe the reason why mails were deferred. Thanks a lot.
