Sorry folks, MS stopped hiring from there after win98. they figured they had enough to dominate, and they went for cheaper labor, namely marketing folks.

Actually that's not true...look at this story...near the bottom, a quote from a Microsoft Competitive strategy manager:

"We like to think that we are a pretty good company of plumbers."

That answers a lot of questions....I mean, figures they're using plumbers to develop code
