I'm not sure what you're after here.

Fake voices are super easy - whether modifying speech with a voice changer, or synthesized via text to speech - a search engine can reveal plenty of online services for either.

There are lots of reasons to not use Discord, but it's not pertinent - both text to speech and voice changers could be used with any voice chat service.

What's relevant is, if this entity is just responding with the same thing over and over, why do you care?

They could be a bot, a scammer, or just a jerk - does it matter? Ignore them and move on with your life...

(p.s. please put more effort into your grammar.)
