near the top (above post #1) there is a row of 3 blue tab buttons (between center and right side below the "Post Reply" button (left side). look for "Thread Tools"/"Search this Thread"/"Rate Thread". click "Thread Tools" to bring down that menu. there at the bottom should be "Mark this thread as solved" (if you are the OP) with a check mark icon.
