RIAA secretly purchased SCO and sent them a PR whizkid to help out.

http://ir.sco.com/ReleaseDetail.cfm?ReleaseID=108331

"This attack came within 48 hours of IBM's response to SCO's lawsuit against IBM..."

These ass monkeys don't have any proof of the source. Yet that throw blame out the OSS & Linux users. It's almost as if the RIAA has secretly purchased SCO and sent one of their corn-fed PR morons over to says all the wrong things. It's almost as if these people are flatout retarded.

It would be nice to know what the compromised machines were running. Nicer if it was found they were SCO boxes.

As for finger-pointing at the Open Source community; tsk, tsk. Could just as easily have been a disgruntled SCO employee or customer.

Hell, it coulda been SCO themselves trying to elicit some sympathy.

The press release itself does little to sway the opinion that they're behaving like a bunch of weenies.

I'm wondering why they immediately pointed their finger at the linux community? Did they do something like promise one thing and do another to anger the Linux community?
I'm with mcleodnine, they probably did it to themselves for sympathy
