Of the following Infosec programs wich would you choose!

Ive been wanting to apply for a master of science in information security engineering or simply infosec program and I have been reviewing Capella, SANS, NSU, Strayer University, Cerias Purdue and the university of phoenix, so far NSU, capella and SANS are the programs that catch my attention, but im interested in what you guys think!

What would be the best choice?, any other not listed here??

Ill be moving to USA in order to do this, and hopefully I get a part time job on the IS field.

Im planning this to start saving some money cuz the idea is to enroll in about 3 years, before that there are some certs that I want to obtain (net+, sec+, CEH, OSCP, GSEC, here goes the master program and then CISSP).
