he he he, well I don't think we should have voted on a member "anything" of the year. That breeds a different kind of competition I think. But, I'm not the one to make that kind of decision, You should put it up in Site Questions and Suggestions so that Jeremy can answer this for you (ask a mod to move it for you)
newbie of the year would be a registered member maybe say year or less under his belt he/she would have to show improvements and this could be conduct.....well acutally now that i think about it he /she would be someone modelled after me......
