Well, if you want to get good a drawing, there's not much you can do except keep drawing. And you might want to sketch them on paper first before attempting to draw on a computer.
And try to draw from an actual model or some sort to practice, so you get the right idea how to draw humans. To this day, drawing people is one of the hardest things to draw, well at least for me its always a challenge.
Your drawings are not bad. Especially for computer generated. What drawing program were you using?
Drawing, like anything, just takes time and practice.
One 'way' that I learned in ART 101, was to draw a stick figure. The 'stick' would be like a bone. For instance, use a model and draw a stick figure representation of the attitude of their limbs. Take into mind the angle of the bones, front to rear aspect, etc. Once you have a stick figure, draw a light sketch of the body on the bones.
