download and install mplayer or/and xine search at
www.google.com/linux for them
for music download and install xmms
Note: since Red-hat multimedia rpms(from the discs) $ucks due to patents issues, if you installed them erase them then download them from the net, and install those rpms instead.
if you want a mozilla plugin, i recommend plugger, and mplayer-plugin
