Looking to buy a multimedia network box need advice

Hello,

I am looking to buy a multimedia network box for the first time. I need one that has netflix support and must have compsite video/audio output jacks for backward compatibily.

I visited roku's website but version 3 only has HDMI output and no compsite outputs. Do you know any that matches my criteria above?

You can get an HDMI to RCA converter for about US$30, so the Roku 3 (or any other HDMI device) could then be used. That plus a Roku or an Android phone with HDMI output would fit your needs nicely.

A PS3 also supports all of your listed needs on its own without the hdmi converter.

Yes, I pretty much figure that out. I think I may need to upgrade my TV to a HDTV in the future.
