I'm going to sue all of you
Seriously, I've only recently even heard of the SCO, and to tell you the truth, I didn't even believe some of the stuff that LQ users were saying, but by G-d, that has got to be the one of the most corrupt companies of even seen. McBride even called open source software "anti- American and against the Constitution."
Look I know you guys have been saying this for years, but I'm here to join the troops.

Enterprise Linux is not free, so they should shut up, and compete with linux to create a superior operating system. They just seem to be takin' the easy way out. I mean, how can a company actually threaten to sue millions of linux users for downloading a free product. SCO claims that they had the rights of Unix, but you don't see Apple suing everyone in sight for using their "intellectual" property rights when the use a modern p.c.
but did apple threaten to sue each and every user? (even tho its obiously impossible to sue everyone, if SCO would start sure linux users it would be the ones with a say in linux itself, liux all teh linux developers, all the developers on the gnu projects and all the develeops for any big tiem program (like mozilla?), just because they have a linux OS , if tehy did it would only to caus fear, any avarge user wont be afected (as far as im concered itll just be like another person dl'ing 1 stupid song off kazaa (or if ya realy paraniod the IRC))))))))
Suing to retake something you claim was your all along is lame. They shouldn't have let it go if it was so important! ah! there it is again! should have this - could have that - what's done is done!

PLEASE use the spellcheck. I'm begging you. Anyway, have the SCO been successful in any of their lawsuits.
Originally posted by kalleanka Maybe I could sue SCO for threatening me. And am really scared now and I can't sleep so I lost my job. They should pay for that.
Don't sink to their level and sue them.. America is becoming the land of lawsuits.. and its just dumb now to think of it that way!!

Then maybe in the mean time you could go get a job at a car wash or burger joint. And then get some sleep...
