I found Powershell to be very underdocumented and difficult to learn.
Yes, it seems that Microsoft doesn't publish a spec even for the grammar. You have to find out everything from blog posts in the style of "here's how to do this one wierd trick in Powershell".
But, if you read the article, it even says that they're pretty much trying to make doze server in to *nix.
So MS agree with the saying, "A sufficiently advanced operating system is indistinguishable from Linux." (I'm sure that used to be someone's sig on one of the Linux sites.)
