Gnu Compiler On Fedora 2/3

I am looking for GNU GCC/G++ binaries for Fedora 2 or 3
Please help me find the location where I can get the binaries.

I did download the sources, but I need a starter compiler that
will compile the gcc++ sources.

Actually I found the site, but
when I attempt to connect to it, I get the
following message:

"the connection was refused when attempting to contact".

I have no idea why is this site refusing connection.
