Does windows XP have something like symbolic link?

can i do symbolic link in windows...???or someone that function is like ln -s ???????

(i know it is a linux forum...i know i know)

right click
create shortcut
move shortcut to appropriate location

I believe NTFS supports links, but you need the linkd tool from the Win2K Resource kit to manipulate them.
