Documentation project

Does anybody know of an opensource system for doing documentation? I would like it to have the following characteristics. I really like the way the Linux man works but I don't know if I can write my own documentation with it and here is the kicker. I would like the option to print all the sections at once.

A search in google wasn't very helpfull
Any help would be great.

Try Texinfo. You can view it online in a manner similar to man using the info viewer (or emacs), and you can format it via TeX for a spiffy printed or pdf output.
