Bogus XP systems on ebay etc

Seems to be lot of budget systems on ebay and the like at very good prices. Normally advertised as something like AMD ATHLON XP 3000+ PRO units. This is not an AMD naming system - PCCHIPS make m/boards with integrated CPUs such as old athlon/duron chips and rename them ie. an old athlon 2200xp turns up as the above AMD ATHLON XP 3000+ PRO. The 3000+ seems to be an attempt to fool the unwary as to the true speed of the chip. Only by inspecting any tech data or boot up screen is it apparent that you have a cheapo chip. Maybe ok boards but not if you pay good money expecting the real thing.
Cheers
