I like to get something that bites... freazing cold juice from the fridge for I have to stay up or the spanish teacher will kill me... heheh. (survived, btw.)
dried apricots, umm... pizza tends to make me more sleepy. same with pasta. I would have to say: capsicum. fetta cheese. You know: something with bite. I would also have pretzels (sticks) and the crappy, but ADDICTIVE potato chips that you can get here.
Man, and I memorized the OSI thing just by self abuse, I wish I had that one handy... although my favorite is PCMCIA People Can't Memorize Computer Industry Acronyms
Really though,
coffee, its not just for all day anymore... really though... man work just stocks the junkfood. I was threatening to make a server case out of the mountain of friggin pop-tarts no one has eaten. The mixed-assortment bag of everything from nestle goes pretty fast, mostly into our network engineer's gullet, but he leaves all of the almond joys... then there's the puddin' Oh yeah... nothing makes for a better break then opening the work fridge and staring down at 200 cups of puddin!
is it me or does it seem like if you drink too much coffee then it becomes harder to concentrate due to the level of anxiety. One or two cups is okay but after that I cant focus at all. I find the best time is after a good day of exercising and drinking water when your brain is nice and clear to think.
