we can't enable HTML. sorry. That's an impressively long post, and full of loads of great tips, BUT... people just won't read it. Frustrating but true really... Anyone intent on chucking l33t rubbish around and using naff titles isn't going to look around for guides like this before doing so. We do have initial signup emails sent to users, which might benefit from similar words being added there, but as there is no requirement for them to even read that, more often than not it's brick wall time.
