are there indian people who create a new distro??

hi,
i am looking for indian people who create new distro and offcourse
their organization/company remains in india.

Wasn't that something like ELX or similar... I can't remember... I could be totally wrong

Yep, ELX was created in india. Not sure of it's current status.
