those are already in the kernel no need to build them or install them if you go to ATI website and read you will find the linux driver is maintained by kernel.org
the RealtekRTL8169/8110 has been part of the kernel for a long time. your question should point to what you want to do. unless you have a bleeding edge piece piece of hardware that was only made for windows then you may have to wait.
the video card is supported one of my laptops has that set up and with Slackware 13.1 I even get kwin desktop effects working out of the box.

Are you asking how do I adjust my display and how do I set up my internet. Fedora core comes out with a new distro every 6 months we are going on 15 or 16 now.
FC2 is very old get a newer kernel newer FC at lest 9 0r 10
this could all be handled with a newr distro say around a year and a half old. the dual card or monitor is nothing new configure your
xorg.conf to do it.
