Hieudtm, I dont know if I have an problem with my connection since i have tried to download from most of the mirrors on the redhat site, to try to find a complete version of the DVD iso, and they all download only the 72mb. anyone else have any insight??

Try to use a download program (KGet,...) some browsers just couldn't handle files which are too large.
