How to install Fedora in an USB hard disk

Hello.

I would like installing and using Fedora. I've read a lot of things about it, and they were good.

But I want to install it in an USB hard disk, because I've another OS in the main one.

What have I to do in order to install Fedora in such way?

Have the drive plugged in when you start the installer, select custom partitioning ( or whatever Fedora calls it,) select the correct destination.

Yes, that's easy.

But when I've tried it in a virtual machine, a message about a rewriting device appeared. And I couldn't choose the destination of the GRUB.

Maybe that's because I've downloaded the live CD instead of the full DVD. I'll try with the full DVD.
