Dual boot Win2K Pro and RHL Fedora 9 doesn't work

Hi,
I have 2 hard drives on my Intel machine. I
installed Linux on
second drive and put boot utility when asked to second
drive (not to a
master boot sector on first HDD). I had Win2k Pro on
first HDD.
After installation of Fedora I can't see any boot
menu. I guess
bios can not find linux boot utility on second hdd and
runs Win2k from
first hdd. My question is how to make linux boot
visible for bios?
Thanks.

Alex.

Fixed it by reinstalling and putting bootloader to a Master Boot Sector of first drive.
