Added ndiswrapper natively to Fedora Core?!? Installation and configuration of ndiswrapper is one of the things that plagues newbies and veterans alike. For some reason under Fedora Core 5.90 anyattempt to bring up my card under the wlan0 interface results in being labeled as eth1 and will not start when modprobing ndiswrapper, eth1 or wlan0. It says driver present hardware present so why a no go? It works under every other distribution I have used except this one. Any ideas?
not sure about the insult, but that was a little harsh i guess. i meant to say, please use more informative thread titles in future. but don't insult moderators, i did give you an answer to your question.
