Fedora - newer kernel and I like the RGB (Graphical Boot).. plus yeah I don't see the point of running something that won't be supported for very long.

The question is a little strange.

The two products have distinctly different market niches. Its sort of like asking 'do you prefer a porsche or a kenworth'... the answer depends on what you are doing.

If you want to deploy major enterprise servers into a large corporate, I think Redhat would have to be the better option.

For small servers, smaller companies, people looking to use Linux at home, people looking to experiment etc, people/organisations not looking for the support that comes with an enterprise supported OS then fedora is better.

Regards
Jo

If you're comparing the last standard RH release, version 9 to Fedora, then Fedora is clearly the best choice, it's a newer more robust product, infact I've heard that it actually was RH 10 before the name change to Fedora. Like Jo said, you can't really compare RHE to Fedora.

redhat or fedora

redhat is better for corporate snoobs who need support
fedora is better for home

however i am sticking with FC1 for now. i have dual monitors and am dual booting win2k and it seems there need to be some fixes created for these... also i lost a lot of data on the 2.4ish kernel upgrade issue with vfat drives and i already had to upgrade into 2.6ish to fix this.

I used Red Hat for 5 years throught versions 5/6/7/9. They were good till 9 which really sucked. I switched to Debian and have never been happier.
