where did it go?

when i minimize a screen in redora is completely disappears it shrinks to the lower right of the screen and just vanishes it doesnt go to the bottom of the screen where i can reach it again like in windows......it's also not there when the screen is active.....please help this is making me angry

what desktop environment are you using ?
if your using KDE or GNOME then your going to have to
right click the taskbar and add "window list" to the taskbar ...
