web based gnome desktop fedora 8

Can someone explain exactly what this will be? I looked at the wiki and just got more confused. I originally thought it would be like remote desktop from a web gui at live.gnome.org, but reading it, it says that it will 'optimize' your desktop to allow better use of web-based application such as ebay and what not. So are we talking their toolbar on the right side like stupid vista streaming a bunch of content and slowing down the system?

It's in the fedora 8 feature list.

I figured it out though... Basically the main part of it is a bar on the side sorta like vista... A lot of mixed feelings out there about that...
