Using Fedora Directory to authenticate windoze users

I've got Fedora Directory running on my RHEL server and students in my lab (I teach computer science) can authenticate from linux clients, but I'd like them to be able to authenticate from windoze. I've configured Samba so that windoze clients see the server as a PDC, but i'm unable to understand how to add the computers to the Samba/Windoze domain.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
