Unmounting problem...
Ok, so here's how it is... basically, I have four partitions on my HD... (and some free space which can't be partitioned for some odd reason...) Windows, Main Linux (currently Fedora Core), Linux-Swap, and an ext3 formatted 10 gig partition strictly for backup purposes.
Well, my backup is usually on /dev/hda4/, but for some reason, it isn't any more, ever since I reinstalled XP. Also, for some reason, instead of a C drive, I have an F drive now, if anyone wants to tackle that.. heh.
Now my hda4 is my Fedora partition. Well, not knowing this, I went right into fstab and edited it to read
/dev/hda4 /mnt/hda4/ ext3 defaults 0 0
After creating an hda4 folder in my /mnt/ directory. So basically, I can't rename or unmount the folder now that I've mounted it. In fact, whenever I type 'unmount /mnt/whatever' it gives me this crap about unmount not being a command.
So uh... anyone know what I should do?
