two linux logo on framebuffer.


hi my new laptop on boot displays two linux logo (tux) on framebuffer. why two logo? is this normal?

Yes this is normal for those lucky enough to have a two CPU (dual core or X2 for examples) type laptop.

have a look at the output from the type command; /bin/cat /proc/cpuinfo
