Troube with Flash

Hi, I'm using Fedora 17 (32 bit).
I can not see Flash video on Firefox or Google Chrome (stable).
Every time I go to youtube or so, I see an error "could not load shockwave flash".

Furthermore, if I uninstall both (FF and chrome) and reinstall only chrome and type chrome://plugins in top bar, I see not flash plugin at all.
I knew that now chrome has a built-in flash player. is not it?

Thankyou

If you go to Adobe's website, they have an rpm which will set up the yum repository for you. Once you download it, all you have to do is install the rpm and then install the plugin.
Code:
yum localinstall adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
yum install flash-plugin
