Symbolic link to remotely server

Hi:
I have on one server with dedicated internet bandwidth(it costs too high) with mysql database and with php module to interface graphically (web interface)with mysql database located in /root,What iam aiming to is to make a symbolic link of the php module to the remotely sever(with DSL connection),So that when i access to php module on remotely(the one with DSL connection) can see my database graphically(web interface) without comsuming internet bandwidth from the dedicated bandwith but from the DSL one.

Can this done?

Thanks in advance;
Jonny

what kind of connection are you using? what does "access to php module" actually mean?? symbolic links can only exist within a filesystem, nothing else makes sense, but you can certainly make remote filesystems part of the local filesystem seperately, e.g. NFS, sshfs or many others.

even more lost... you want to access the web page on the web server but from somewhere else? erm... maybe you want to proxy it?

accessing web page

Hi:
i will explain that well to you ,iam in voip business and i have a server far away from me ,lets name it by server(1) ,that receive calls by internet and terminate it to a specific route and the call will billed and wrote on mysql database,and i have web inetrface with mysql database which i can see by it the billed calls and customers info visually,so when i want to access the webpage from here i will consumes all the internet bandwidth on the server(1) and then all calls that are passing through it will be cracked and not heared well,so what i want to do is to setup another server with it own internet badwidth and put it on the same network with server(1) to be just used for to access on webpage that will be redirect me to server (1), but i dont know how could be this done.

if this still not clear to you give your msn chat.

Thanks;
