I cant remember if Fedora came with ALSA, but if it does not, download the rpms from freshrpms.net , then check out
www.alsa-project.org (details under supported cards) to see how to set up the modules.conf file.
FOr the TV card, edit your modules.conf thing first
alias char-major-81 videodev
alias char-major-81-0 bttv
alias char-major-81-1 btaudio
options bttv card=54 radio=0 tuner=2
options tuner=2 debug=1
reboot the sucker and you want to try out the command v4l-conf and v4lctl ( i think)
after you are certain you see the card as /dev/video0 ( or something like that) try it out with xawtv
